I prefer not to order online. Can I order another way?
Yes, quite easily. You can print out Jen's pdf order form, fill it out and mail it with your payment to Jen. You can also call 515-277-2849 with your order information. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it here.
What forms of payment do you accept?
MasterCard, Visa, money order or check, PayPal, and of course, cold, hard cash (but you'll need to deliver that in person).
Can I mix and match note card designs to make up my own boxed set?
Yes you can. Simply contact Jennifer. She'll figure out pricing and process your request as a special order.
About how long does it take my order to ship?
All of Jennifer's cards are made to order. Generally, all orders will ship within one to two weeks of when they are placed. During busy seasons, like Christmas, be sure to place your order early. If you have a specific deadline date, be sure to let Jennifer know. She does everything she can to meet those requests. Custom orders and personalized announcements or invitations will take longer. Order well in advance of the date you need your items.
How will my order be shipped?
Jennifer utilizes the United States Postal Service, Federal Express Ground and UPS for shipping. If you're in the area, you can also pick up your merchandise.
Is my online order information secure?
Absolutely. All orders processed through Jennifer's online shop are done so through a secure server.
If I want to pay by check, what do I do?
Simply mark that selection during order processing and fill in with your check number. Make the check payable to Jennifer Mally and mail to Jennifer Mally, 1055 - 44th Street, Des Moines, IA 50311. Your order will ship when payment is received. There is a $20 return check charge.
